Bringing about positive change

Ripples for Change was founded in 2013 by a group of women entrepreneurs in East London, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.

We are dedicated to finding new strategies for dealing with challenges faced by rural communities in South Africa.

Community Support

The success of our programmes and the development of a solid, resilient, and prosperous society depend heavily on community support.

Community support involves collective efforts and resources to address the needs of a community, fostering resilience and growth. Effective community support requires recognizing and understanding the unique challenges and strengths of a specific community, actively engaging with its members to co-create relevant and sustainable solutions.

Our philosophy is that we can support communities and  achieve a long lasting impact through working partnerships with government departments, traditional leaders, private sector and like-minded organisations.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
